I have personally lived in Miami Shores for over 5 years now. Why did I choose this exceptional neighborhood for my home? In 1932, the City of Miami gave up its jurisdiction and it got incorporated under the name of Miami Shores Village. “Buy land” as our grandfathers always repeated. The size of the lots in Miami Shores vary from 6,500sqft up to 20,000sqft which is certainly not the case in other neighborhoods.
